All FIT Team members are certified in their area of expertise including Yoga, Pilates, Bosu, Strength Tranning, Spin, Running, and Nutritional Plans just to name a few.
The FIT Team recognizes the need for custom programs for each group or individual. Each program at FIT is developed specifically with that person’s/group’s goals and current health condition taken into consideration.
