Jana’s knowledge and expertise brings a creative approach to training and fitness.

Jana’s philosophy is to provide training and programs that inspire individuals to achieve “lifetime” fitness that includes disease prevention, mind/body wellness, self-esteem, and healthy nutrition. “If you don’t take care of your body, where else are you going to live?” Jana and her husband Rich have been married for 18 years and have two sons, Jackson and Mitchell.

She has 17+ years in the rehabilitation and fitness industry. Her experience includes: Rehab Manager and Cardiac Exercise Specialist at St. John Medical Center Health Club. She has been working as Therapeutic and Personal Fitness Trainer for the past 9 years. Jana is a Group Exercise Instructor and has taught classes at the OU Health Center, St. John Medical Center, and Contours that include Step Aerobics, Cardio Kick-Boxing, Interval Training, Spin, Aqua Aerobics and Yoga.

Jana’s abundant experience along with her joyful nature will truly keep our clients inspired and motivated on their paths toward a lifetime of health and fitness. Her outstanding list of qualifications include:

  • University of Oklahoma B.S. in Health Education.
  • M.S. in Physiology.
  • ACSM Certified Exercise Specialist.
  • IDEA Certified Aerobics.
  • Kaiser & Reebok Certified Spin.
  • AFAA Certified Kickboxing.
  • Tao Kwon Do Green Belt.
  • Yoga training with Victor Dubin in Santa Barbara, CA.
